Sushi Retail Range

Sushi 10 and 30 pieces

  • Defrosting at room temperature: Leave the product at room temperature (20 to 25°C), without opening the packaging, for 5.5 hours before consumption. (Recommended)
  • Defrosting in the refrigerator: defrost in the refrigerator (4°C) for 24 hours before intended consumption, without opening the packaging.

  • Deep fryer: Fry in sunflower oil, without defrosting, at 180°C for 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
  • Pan-fry: Add to a pan with plenty of very hot sunflower oil and fry for 4 minutes over medium heat, or until golden brown. Drain well before serving.

    • Microwave: Once thawed, place the desired amount in a microwave-safe container and heat for 1 minute on medium power.
    • On the griddle: once defrosted, add a spoonful of oil and fry for about a minute or until golden.
    • Steamer: Place the frozen dim sum in a steamer with boiling water and cook for 5 and a half minutes.
