Farmed fish
Organic Salmon - Salmo Salar
Raised in the pure, cold waters of the Norwegian fjords or Irish lochs, our organic salmon comes from responsible aquaculture that respects the marine ecosystem and animal welfare.
Its pink, firm and melting flesh seduces with its richness in Omega 3 and its delicate taste.
Seasoned Salmon - Salmo Salar

Flame Grilled Salmon - Salmo Salar

Trout is a fish prized for its delicate, flavorful flesh rich in omega-3s. Raised in pure, controlled waters, trout is a safe choice for a regular, stable, and sustainable supply.
Our fish can be offered to you ASC or organic certified, but also conventionally.

Cod - Gadus Morhua
Rich in protein and low in fat, cod is suitable for all types of preparation, from baking to pan-frying and steaming.
Mainly sourced from the cold waters of the North Atlantic and the Barents Sea (Norway, Iceland, Russia), it is fished or farmed in a way that respects marine resources, guaranteeing a high-quality, sustainable, and traceable product.
Haddock - Melanogrammus Aeglefinus
A white, flaky fish, haddock is prized for its delicate flavor and culinary versatility. Caught mainly in the North Atlantic, it's the staple of fish and chips and is also eaten smoked under the name "haddock."
Monkfish - Lophius spp
Monkfish has dense, firm flesh without bones, which is highly prized in gastronomy. Caught throughout the North Atlantic, it can benefit from the Pavillon France label.
Dab - Limanda Limanda
A flatfish similar to sole, flounder is characterized by its tender flesh. Flounder is prized for its ability to hold its shape well when cooked and for its ease of preparation.
Mackerel - Scomber Scombrus
Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and flavor, mackerel is a popular blue fish known for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and strong flavor. Caught in the Northeast Atlantic, it can be enjoyed grilled, marinated, or smoked.
Whiting - Merlangius Merlangus
A fish from the Atlantic coast, whiting is typically caught in coastal fisheries and has been awarded the Pavillon France label. It has lean, highly digestible flesh.
Hake -Merluccius spp
The king of white fish, hake is found in many fishing areas around the world. It has a delicate flavor that appeals to both home cooks and gourmet chefs. Rich in protein and low in fat, it can be prepared in many ways: grilled, poached, in sauce, or fried.
Ray - Raja spp
Recognizable by its delicate, pearly flesh that breaks apart into long strands, skate is prized for its mild, slightly salty flavor. Particularly enjoyed poached or cooked in black butter, it offers a refined taste experience. Caught mainly in the Atlantic, it is carefully selected to guarantee freshness, traceability, and impeccable quality.
Sardine - Sardina Pilchardus
A traditional fish from the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, sardines are a recognized source of Omega 3, protein, and calcium. We work with Breton fisheries and promote this heritage through the Pavillon France label.
Sole - Solea Solea
A noble fish par excellence, sole is prized for its white, delicate, and delicately flavored flesh. Its firm texture and melt-in-the-mouth quality make it a staple on gourmet menus, ideal pan-fried or meunière style. Caught mainly in the Northeast Atlantic and the Mediterranean, it is rigorously selected to guarantee freshness, traceability, and consistent quality.

Spider Crab - Maja Brachydactyla
An emblematic crustacean of the French coast, the spider crab is recognizable by its shell dotted with spikes. It offers delicate, abundant and tasty flesh.
Whelk - Buccinum undatum
A typical shellfish of the French coast, the whelk seduces with its firm and flavorful flesh, with a delicate salty taste. Ideal cooked in court-bouillon and eaten cold with a sauce, it is appreciated both as an aperitif and in a seafood platter.
Fished mainly inNormandy and Brittany, It benefits from sustainable coastal fishing, guaranteeing freshness, traceability and respect for marine resources.
Shrimp - Penaeus spp (or other)
Enjoyed worldwide, shrimp seduce with its firm, slightly sweet flesh and its great culinary versatility: raw, cooked, grilled, or in sauce. Rich in protein and low in fat, it adapts equally well to gourmet cuisine and simple preparations.
The shrimp comes from responsible farms or fisheries, guaranteeing traceability and quality. They can be ASC or organic certified.
Lobster - Lobsters spp
A symbol of gastronomy and prestige, lobster seduces with its firm, delicate, and fragrant flesh. Enjoyed grilled, roasted, or in sauce, it enhances gourmet dishes and special occasions.
King Crab - Paralithodes camtschaticus

Scallops - (depending on origins)
A star of the table, the scallop seduces with its tender, slightly sweet flesh and delicate aroma. It can be cooked in any way: snacked, pan-fried, as carpaccio or au gratin. Our scallops are available with or without coral in different sizes.
Abalone - Haliotis spp
Breton abalone, also known as sea caviar, is a marine mollusk that attaches itself to rocks and is caught by diving by certified fishermen. A highly sought-after mollusk, it is prized for its salty flavor and unique texture.
Crab - cancer pagurus
The crab seduces with its firm and tasty flesh, particularly in the body and legs. Ideal in seafood platters or gourmet preparations, it brings taste and authenticity to all tables. It is mainly caught on the coasts of the Northeast Atlantic (France, United Kingdom, Ireland)
CIBO offers whole shellfish and crustaceans, in sections, or with their flesh peeled manually or using HPP technology. Some species can be offered cooked.
