Farmed or wild fish
We import a variety of frozen seafood products from the North Atlantic, including Iceland, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, Norway, Canada and other parts of Southern Europe as well as the Pacific Ocean and Asia.
Cibo also works with local French fishing stakeholders.
Our range of imported products offers organic salmon, conventional salmon, white fish (cod, haddock, hake, sea bass, etc.) and farmed fish (sea bass, sea bream, trout, etc.)
Our range of local catches includes whole fish and cuts (mackerel, sardines, monkfish, whiting, haddock, hake, etc.).
We also offer value-added products such as caviar and fish eggs.

Exceptional products
Caviar
Our sturgeon producers work with the utmost respect for the environment and harvest the eggs while respecting the natural reproductive cycle. Our caviar meets all the quality standards required for this exceptional delicacy.
Smoked salmon
Farmed in the cold waters of the Norwegian fjords or Irish loughs, salmon is the French's favorite fish. Our salmon is smoked by our producers using traditional methods using dry salt. We offer it certified organic, ASC, or conventional.
Wild salmon eggs
Made from salmon caught in the Pacific Ocean, the eggs are prepared, packaged and frozen directly after slaughter. The eggs are raw without any treatment after being removed frome la roe, are lightly salted and unpasteurized, guaranteeing an incomparable taste.
Trout Eggs
Trout eggs are characterized by a crunchy texture and a slightly salty flavor. Whether from France or imported, our trout eggs are simply salted and frozen, ready for processing.
