Sushi Retail Range

Sushi (10 and 30 pieces)

  • Defrosting at room temperature: Leave the product at room temperature (20-25°C), without opening the packaging, for 5 hours and 30 minutes before consumption. (Recommended)
  • Defrosting in the refrigerator: defrost in the refrigerator (4°C) for 24 hours before intended consumption, without opening the packaging.

Suschis 18 pieces in tempura

  • In a deep fryer: fry in sunflower oil, without defrosting, at 180°C for 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
  • Pan-fry: Add to a pan with plenty of very hot sunflower oil and fry for 4 minutes over medium heat, or until golden brown. Drain well before serving.

    • In the microwave: once defrosted, place the desired amount in a microwave-safe container and heat for 1 minute at medium power.
    • On the griddle: once defrosted, add a spoonful of oil and fry for about a minute or until golden brown.
    • In a steamer: place the Dim sum without defrosting, in a steamer with boiling water, cook for 5 and a half minutes.
