We have been MSC C-56787 certified since 2027 / ASC C-01942 certified since / BIO FR-10 certified since 2019. We adhere to the values of these labels dedicated to respecting the sustainability of species, the marine ecosystem and responsible fishing.



Our fish can be offered to you certified ASC or BIO but also conventionally.

Farmed fish

Organic Salmon - Salmo Salar

Raised in the pure, cold waters of Norwegian fjords or Irish lochs, our organic salmon comes from responsible aquaculture that respects the marine ecosystem and animal welfare.

Its pink, firm and melting flesh is appealing due to its richness in Omega 3 and its delicate taste.


Seasoned Salmon - Salmo Salar

Our seasoned salmon steaks are made from fine and varied recipes (lemon, herb, spices...) to offer a ready-to-cook solution that combines practicality and refinement.


Flame-Grilled Salmon - Salmo Salar

Flame-grilled tataki-style, this medium-cooked salmon fillet offers a perfect balance of tenderness and flavor. Its high-temperature cooking gives it a subtle grilled note. Frozen immediately after cooking, it guarantees optimal preservation.


Bar - Dicentrarchus Labrax

Raised in the temperate waters of the Mediterranean or the Black Sea, sea bass is recognized as a prized fish with exceptional flavor. Its delicate, firm, and aromatic flesh makes it a preferred choice for refined dishes.


Sea bream - Sparus Aurata

Raised in the same waters as sea bass, sea bream is prized for its tender, delicate, and subtly briny flesh. Sea bream is a fish that delights our taste buds.


Trout - Oncorhynchus Mykiss

Trout is a fish prized for its delicate, flavorful flesh, rich in omega-3. Raised in clean, controlled waters, trout is a safe choice for a regular, stable, and sustainable supply.

Cod - Gadus Morhua

Rich in protein and low in fat, cod is suitable for all preparations, from oven to pan to steaming.
Originating primarily from the cold waters of the
North Atlantic and Barents Sea(Norway, Iceland, Russia), it is fished or farmed with respect for marine resources, guaranteeing a quality, sustainable and traceable product.


Haddock - Melanogrammus Aeglefinus

Haddock, a fish with white, flaky flesh, is prized for its delicate flavor and versatility in cooking. Mainly caught in the North Atlantic, it is the basis of Fish and Chips and is also consumed smoked under the name "Haddock".


Burbot - Lophius spp

Monkfish offers dense, firm, and boneless flesh, highly prized in gastronomy. Caught primarily in the North Atlantic, it can bear the Pavillon France label.


Flounder - Limanda Limanda

A flatfish similar to sole, the flounder is characterized by its tender flesh. Flounder is prized for its excellent texture when cooked and its ease of preparation.


Mackerel - Scomber Scombrus

Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and delicious, mackerel is a popular oily fish prized for its tender texture and pronounced flavor. Caught in the Northeast Atlantic, it is delicious grilled, marinated, or smoked.


Whiting - Merlangius Merlangus

Hake -Merluccius spp

Ray - Raja spp

Sardine - Sardina Pilchardus

Sole - Solea Solea

A truly noble fish, sole is prized for its white, delicately flavored flesh. Its firm yet melt-in-the-mouth texture makes it a staple on gourmet menus, ideal pan-fried or meunière style. It is primarily caught in the Northeast Atlantic and the MediterraneanIt is rigorously selected to guarantee freshness, traceability and consistent quality.

Shellfish and Crustaceans

Spider Spider - Maja Brachydactyla

An iconic crustacean of the French coast, the spider crab is recognizable by its shell covered in spikes. It offers delicate, abundant, and flavorful flesh.


Whelk - Buccinum undatum

A shellfish typical of the French coast, the whelk is prized for its firm, flavorful flesh with a delicately briny taste. Ideal cooked in court-bouillon and served cold with a sauce, it is enjoyed both as an appetizer and on a seafood platter.
Fished mainly in
Normandy and Brittany, It benefits from sustainable coastal fishing, guaranteeing freshness, traceability and respect for marine resources.


Shrimp - Penaeus spp (or other)

Prized worldwide, shrimp is prized for its firm, slightly sweet flesh and its great culinary versatility: raw, cooked, grilled, or in a sauce. Rich in protein and low in fat, it lends itself equally well to gourmet cuisine and simple preparations.
The shrimp comes from responsible farming or fishing practices, guaranteeing traceability and quality. They may be ASC or organic certified.


Lobster - Lobsters spp

A symbol of gastronomy and prestige, lobster is prized for its firm, delicate, and flavorful flesh. Enjoyed grilled, roasted, or in a sauce, it elevates gourmet dishes and special occasions.


King Crab - Paralithodes camtschaticus

Prized for its long legs and firm, delicately sweet white flesh, king crab is an exceptional product that combines refinement and richness. Ideal enjoyed on its own, in salads, or as a gourmet accompaniment, it delights with its unique texture. It is primarily fished in icy waters. of Alaska and the Barents Sea.


Scallops - (depending on the origins)

A star of the table, the scallop is prized for its tender, slightly sweet flesh and delicate aroma. It lends itself to all cooking methods: seared, pan-fried, as a carpaccio, or au gratin. Our scallops are available with or without coral in various sizes.


Abalones - Haliotis spp

The Breton abalone, also known as the caviar of the sea, is a marine mollusk that attaches itself to rocks and is harvested by certified divers. A highly sought-after mollusk, it is prized for its briny taste and unique texture.


Crab - pagurus cancer

The brown crab is prized for its firm, flavorful flesh, especially in the body and legs. Ideal for seafood platters or gourmet dishes, it brings taste and authenticity to any table. It is mainly fished off the coasts of the Northeast Atlantic (France, United Kingdom, Ireland)



CIBO offers whole shellfish and crustaceans, shellfish in sections, or shelled meat, either manually or using HPP technology. Some species may be offered cooked.
